Adult education

The Qaujimaniq Training Center was created in the fall of 2022 to offer post-secondary, professional, linguistic and continuous training, as well as community workshops contributing to the job market and personal development of Franco-Nunavois. It helps ensure an educational continuum through to post-secondary education in French in Nunavut.

The Centre relies on collaboration with a variety of partners, training that meets the needs of the community, and a unifying programming calendar to enable Francophones in Nunavut to achieve their educational and personal goals.

The center works to meet the training needs of:

• French-speaking adults wishing to pursue post-secondary studies in Nunavut
• workers, administrators and entrepreneurs seeking continuing education and professional development in Nunavut people seeking language training
• Franco-Nunavois seeking adult training
• Francophones and Francophiles looking for community workshops
